City Manager - Jatim / Bali

Good business sense.
- Able to motivate, lead a team and work calmly under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in order to achieve the merchant acquisition targets, and to collaborate with partners and colleagues of all levels.
- Strong leadership experience in order to lead, mentor, and grow a high-functioning team

**Kualifikasi**
- Having experience in Software as a Service company (POS or Bill Payment or PPOB, etc) is a plus.
- Prior experience working at a startup or tech company is a plus,
- Min 5-6 years exp as sales area / 2 years as supervisor / 1 year as City Manager.
**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: Up to Rp9,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Akuisisi Merchant: 5 years (preferred)
- SPV Sales Akuisisi Merchant: 2 years (preferred)
- City Manager Sales Akuisisi Merchant: 1 year (preferred)
