Due to exceptional results and future expansion plans, the City GM (Surabaya, Medan, Yogya, Makassar, Semarang, Pekanbaru) will play a key role in the business and develop a talented local teams continued growth and success in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

Business development, profitability and P&L management, including growing and monitoring the operating/growth plan, marketing plan, budgets and overall city management

Recognise opportunities to improve online/offline products, focus on customer-centric initiatives roll-out to improve customer experience and to drive user acquisition/growth and engagement

Cooperate with both local and country (and regional) teams

Recruit and grow a talented local team

To succeed in this City GM (Surabaya, Medan, Yogya, Makassar, Semarang, Pekanbaru) role, you will need to have competencies to work effectively and co-operatively with local business teams as well as regional teams.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of three to five years' relevant work experience in management consulting, P&L ownership roles, general management, financial services industries, or business development

Strong people and stakeholder management experience

Understand numbers and strategy well, with great interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment

Ability to maintain strong relationships with relevant industry partners, key merchant partners and suppliers

Relevant F&B industry is preferred
