Details of the offer

Find new suppliers and maintain suppliers; not limited to do a daily field visit to find sources of the goods
Create a daily purchase order based on forecast and demand
Follow up suppliers for the daily purchase order inbound to suppliers
Follow up payment from the finance team to suppliers by creating, quotation and give the proof of finance to suppliers
Manage the inbound schedule from suppliers and confirm the quotations in the system
Collaborate with the warehouse admin related to synchronizing inbound data
Forecasting order

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business administration or any other related fields
Minimum 1 years of experience
Experienced in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce is a plus
Self-starter and strong analytical skills
Attention to details and strong organizational skills
Excellent skill of spreadsheet
Ability to manage multiple requests and projects
Strong communication skills
