**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare the Regulatory Report to Government Bodies as required (BI, OJK, PPATK, etc.)
in compliance to the policy, procedure and regulation.
- Ensure that all relevant internal & regulatory reports are completed timely & accurately.
- Responsible for counterparty set up and static data set up.
- Response to internal and external queries.
- Regularly update SOP to improve efficiency & control.
- Escalate unusual problems to line Manager.
- Actively participate in local & regional project as needed.
- Perform Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or enhanced systems.
- Provide data related to audit queries.
- Implement any new regulatory requirements as well as relevant new / revised internal policy.
- Perform non-routine tasks as directed by Superior.
- Mailing and filing.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Banking/Accounting/Finance plus training or courses
- Minimum 3 years as Regulatory Reporting Staff/Control
- Accounting knowledge
- Bank operation and procedures
- Multi tasking & time management
- Accuracy and care
- Good command of English.
