Our company is creating the platform to empower creators to exceed their potential.
Today, the company has launched the video shout outs/video calls feature.
We are now expanding the product-line to **creator tools** to help creators manage their work across multiple platforms and in partnering with financing platforms to provide **fintech solutions for creators** in Indonesia and SE Asia.
The company is closing its seed round of financing and is backed by local and regional venture capital.
- As CTO, you will play a key role in aligning the technology development plan with the company's business goals, as well as building a strong tech team from scratch
- You will be responsible for developing the full technical strategy which involves OKRs and analyzing risks with the management team
- Ensure collaboration across various projects and functions to drive technology strategy, roadmaps, both internal and third-party with keep up-to-date of new technology practices, methodology, innovations that will optimize productivity, efficiency, and improve business performance
- You must have the ability to work in a very 'hands-on' environment that requires a consultative and collaborative approach and solutions that span multiple business functions
- Manage target KPIs, project timelines, and overall budgetary goals
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Min 5-8 years proven experience as a CTO with technical architect experience at an early stage startup
- Full Stack/Backend/Mobile engineering experience
- Engineers type leader that require to have the skills, knowledge, experience, hands-on and enjoys writing code
- Strong understanding of business landscapes to create and drive new value propositions for our stakeholders
- Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
- Excellent communication skills in English
