Chief Technology Officer – Ai-Native Systems

Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead a radical and strategic transformation of our technology stack and development philosophy.
Your primary mission will be to architect and execute our shift from a traditional, manual-code development model to an AI-native, self-improving product ecosystem.
You will build and lead a team of AI experts focused on leveraging the latest generative AI tools to pioneer in the field of AI-based 3D reconstruction.
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategic AI & Technology Leadership:
Spearhead our core initiative in AI-based 3D Reconstruction, setting the technical direction for projects including live 2D-to-3D video conversion, 3D humanoid generation from media, and seamless AI tool integration.
Define and own the company's long-term technology vision and AI strategy, ensuring it aligns with commercial goals.
Architect a new, AI-native development process where the primary focus shifts from writing code to managing, training, and guiding AI systems for autonomous learning and improvement.
Lead the technological vision and strategy with a bold focus on integrating artificial super intelligence as one of the core drivers of innovation, scalability, and long-term competitive advantage.
Lead a fundamental team transition by recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of AI experts—individuals who are proficient in leveraging AI for code generation and product development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and rapid experimentation with emerging AI tools and methodologies.
Manage and guide a globally distributed technical team.
3) Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work in lockstep with the Head of Commercial, to ensure our AI product roadmap directly addresses B2B client needs and market opportunities.
Oversee B2B client technical integration and project management, ensuring seamless adoption of our AI-powered 3D tools.
Act as the key technical voice for the company with clients, partners, and investors.
4) Execution & Operational Excellence:
Oversee the integration of our 3D tools with relevant third-party AI platforms and vice-versa.
Establish robust MLOps and data infrastructure to support rapid iteration, model training, and deployment of our AI systems.
Maintain a hands-on understanding of the competitive AI tool landscape to ensure our team is using best-in-class technologies.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in a role directly responsible for AI/ML strategy and delivery.
Experience in building and managing AI-native products or teams.
Experience in Computer Vision, 3D Reconstruction, or Spatial AI is a significant plus.
Experience in recruiting top technical talent and building high-functioning, potentially distributed, teams.
Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks, MLOps principles, and cloud infrastructure.
A track record of successful collaboration with commercial/sales functions to deliver on business objectives.
