Job Description The COO will formulate and implement comprehensive strategies to drive productivity and profitability across paddyfield operations, aligning with the organization's long-term goals.Overseeing the daily operations of paddyfield cultivation, including planting, growing, harvesting, and post-harvest activities. The COO will ensure that all processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.Managing and mentoring a diverse team of professionals involved in paddyfield operations. The COO will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Leading and overseeing major projects and initiatives related to the expansion and development of paddyfield assets, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic objectives.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication, compliance, and support for operational goals.Requirement A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.Extensive experience in agricultural operations management is essential, with a strong background in paddyfield or crop management.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations in a dynamic environment.Proven success in developing and executing strategic plans to meet business objectives.
