This individual will play a pivotal role in securing and structuring JV agreements with strategic partners, ensuring projects are technically viable and financially sound.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development and implementation of joint venture projects in the real estate sector.Identify, engage, and negotiate with potential JV partners for residential or mixed-use developments.Structure and finalize joint venture agreements aligning with business and legal standards.Oversee project execution from feasibility to completion, coordinating with development and operational teams.Ensure technical due diligence and compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.Drive financial performance, including ROI analysis, cost management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.Implement operational systems and controls for efficient project execution.General RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, real estate, or related fields; an MBA is advantageous.Proven leadership as a General Manager, Business Development Director, or similar in property and real estate development companies.Strong technical background in property development, including design, engineering, planning, and construction.Deep understanding of financial principles such as investment analysis, ROI, budgeting, P&L, and project funding.Experience in negotiating and managing joint ventures or strategic partnerships.Strong business acumen to align operations with financial goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth, and multicultural environment.Job DetailsThis position offers competitive salary and benefits.
