JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate, approve and supervise softwares or hardwares maintenance and repair, and ensure softwares or hardwares run well in Customer
- Supervise and provide follow-up advise on IT infrastructure networks maintenance to ensure smooth business operations in Customer
- Establish good partnerships with IT infrastructure vendors
- Governance of human resource management in the IT Support department
- Coordinate and schedule field technicians
- Create reports and work plans for Clients
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- 3 years experience in IT Support field
- Minimum D3/S1 in Information and Technology
- Have experience with computers and networks, leadership, management, communication skills and detail oriented, staffing, problem solver, decision making, critical thinking, team work and able to work under pressure
- Domicile South Jakarta
