**( Responsibilities )**:
- Developing and delivering a marketing plan, with clear outcomes and outputs, aligned to the corporate priorities.
- Demonstrating strong and experienced leadership and decision-making skills while managing, overseeing and ensuring the growth of the marketing department as a whole.
- Leveraging data to propose and establish clear KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the overall strategy, specific campaigns and key metrics.
- Supporting the integration of the business model, including the crucial drive to secure significant revenue generation.
- Increasing global uptake and outreach to widespread consumer/leisure users on the digital platform.
**( Requirements )**:
- Experience in leading agile and engaging marketing campaigns, both internal and external, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment.
- SaaS based experience and background in running digital products.
- Proven leadership skills in managing marketing and communications team and developing tangible ROI goals.
- Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership, as well as the capability to influence and directly engage a wide range of stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker who is digitally minded and revenue oriented, with unrelenting ambition to drive growth and make things happen.
- A background in e-learning or digital education would be desirable but is not essential.
- An interest or background in the maritime industry is a plus but not a necessity
