About the Chief Marketing Officer Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the CMO will play a key role in the management team's continued development and success in the Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct marketing activities through various channels agents and strategic implementations to maximise revenue and market share

Create demand in the region by creating promotions and activations in accordance to the market situation

Translate consumer behaviour, market insights, field situation, and market trends to the head office in order to refine the overall regional strategy

To succeed in this Chief Marketing Officer role, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, as well as business management, business development, presentation and negotiation skills.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years' experience managing similar industry, or property company, property and real estate marketing

Heavy influencing skills to work together with teams across multiple cities direct and indirectly

Results-driven, high initiative skills while able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the real estate and commercial property is a plus

Strong written and communication skills; fluency in English
