Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this Chief Marketing Officer role, you must have proven sales track record and strong background in sales, marketing, distribution and leadership. You must also be able to lead channel sales and marketing team, achieve revenue by implementing business strategies effectively.
Key Requirements:
Proven sales track record and strong background in solutions selling, preferably with experience in the B2B industry, sector commercials
At least 15 years' experience in management with P&L responsibility
Good knowledge of the Building Material industry, its players and trends and good contacts within the upper circle of key decision makers
Familiarity with matrix reporting with strong leadership skills
Exude self-sufficiency and have an entrepreneurial spirit and charisma
Ability to delegate well and empower people
Demonstrated ability in recruiting, building and developing high-performance teams
