Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Overview
As CGO, you will architect and execute the strategy to rapidly grow the group's revenues outside of core hospital services, enabling a tripling in size over 6 years.
You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible to drive growth across clinic verticals—including eye care, dental, and other specialty services—while also partnering with hospital directors on cross-hospital initiatives to enhance growth, profitability and other KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic & Specialty Service Expansion
Own growth P&L and strategy for eye care, dental, and other specialty clinics outside core hospitals.
Launch new service lines and optimize existing ones to scale volume and revenue sustainably.
Cross-Hospital Growth & Profitability Initiatives
Collaborate with hospital management to identify and lead cross-hospital programs (e.g. shared referral pathways, bundled offerings, pricing alignment).
Coordinate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to ensure consistent execution and scalable impact.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Development
Identify and secure strategic alliances (e.g. corporate, insurers, B2B health programs, tech partners), leveraging on existing commercial infrastructure of the group.
Negotiate and structure collaborations that amplify reach, access, and revenue.
Data-Driven Growth Strategy
Use analytics and KPIs (e.g. volume trends, conversion rates, service line profitability) to drive decision-making.
Continuously test, iterate, and scale high-impact growth levers, both offline and online.
Patient-Centric Innovation
Champion initiatives that enhance patient experience, accessibility, and loyalty.
Integrate technologies and service innovations to improve outcomes and engagement.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance growth team spanning business development, marketing, and analytics.
Engage internal (hospital directors, clinical leads) and external (partners, insurers) stakeholders to align goals and execution.
Qualifications
Proven track record driving significant revenue growth in complex healthcare or service environments.
Demonstrated success structuring and executing strategic partnerships.
