Reporting into the CEO, the CFO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including strategic financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, and investor relationsAbout the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position:The successful candidate will bring extensive financial expertise, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of both traditional banking and the technology ecosystemPartner with senior leadership to support business decisions, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability as the bank diversifies its portfolioLead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational prioritiesOversee risk management strategies to ensure the bank operates within regulatory frameworks while managing operational, financial, and technological risksDevelop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders to promote transparency, trust, and support for the bank's long-term growth objectivesThis individual will play a critical role in supporting the bank's growth, particularly in the development and launch of innovative banking products tailored to the Indonesian marketSkills and experience needed:A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally in the banking or consumer finance sectorA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are highly desirableProven track record of managing complex financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, risk management, and regulatory complianceExperience in working with technology-driven products, digital banking, or financial technology (FinTech) is desirableStrong understanding of the Indonesian banking environment, regulatory landscape, and consumer behaviorIf you're a finance leader with a passion for innovation in financial services and technology, we look forward to hearing from you.
