Chief Financial Officer

A well funded, Indonesian based start up has made available a Chief Financial Officer job to partner the co-founder. Based in Jakarta and supporting the investors, the main objective is to help with fund-raising activities and support new business initiatives.
About the Chief Financial Officer Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad financial strategy, delivering the highest quality support alongside the co-founder. You will also take the lead in providing direction on all fund-raising and new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting and finance functions and staff; financial reporting and analysis
Manage the preparation of company and project budgets
Monitor and track financial results versus budgets
Manage relationships with banks and investors
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Oversee financial audits, bank review and internal control audits

To succeed in this Chief Financial Officer role, you will need to have a background in Management Consulting and exposure to Indonesia's start-up ecosystem.

Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
MBA/CFA or equivalent
Strong analytical skills, meticulous with a high level of integrity
Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management
Team player with good communication skills
Ability to lead team in a fast paced environment, hands on and able to work the hours to deliver
Diplomatic in handling internal and external stakeholders
