Chemical Operator Production

Ringkasan Fungsi:
Monitors and operates
**_Carbon Black_**
**_Production and/or Energy Center_** systems and related equipment at field.
Performs all tasks in a safe manner and following plant safety policies and procedures.
Tanggung Jawab:

- Follows work instructions (WI) and Product Quality Control Plans (PQCP) for field activity.
- Adjusts controls to regulate variables as per instructions.
Performs set up procedures to prepare systems for operation.
- Monitors and troubleshoots the process to maintain required operating conditions at field.
- Performs minor maintenance on process and support equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Keeps work area safe and clean.
Persyaratan:

- Minimum High School or equivalent with minimum work experience of 3 - 5 years in factory operations (technician or operator), preferably petrochemical industry and/or energy center
- Have a high level of compliance and awareness of work safety
- Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Have Basic Mechanical ability
- Able to read and interpret operational instructions (SOP) supported by the ability to think logically
- Have written and verbal communication skills (good articulation) and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willing to work in shift work schedule and may be able to work on holidays.
- Have the ability to remain calm and provide an effective response in critical conditions.
- Have the ability to learn and high initiative.
- Having a class 1 boiler operator certificate is a plus.
