As we expand in the Indonesia market, we are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager (Partnership Manager) to drive growth through channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
Role Overview As a Channel Sales Manager (Partnership Manager), you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing channel partners to ensure they effectively sell Josys solutions. Your goal is to build and enable a high-performing partner ecosystem that contributes to revenue growth and market expansion. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.
Key Responsibilities:Partner Recruitment & OnboardingIdentify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, VARs, system integrators).
Develop and implement partner enablement programs, including sales training and marketing support.
Negotiate partnership contracts, pricing models, and incentive structures to maximize partner success.
Partner Training & Sales EnablementConduct regular product training sessions to ensure partners understand Josys' value proposition.
Provide sales materials, playbooks, and competitive positioning to help partners sell effectively.
Act as a trusted advisor, supporting partners with deal structuring, pricing, and objection handling.
Performance Management & GrowthSet and monitor partner KPIs, including sales revenue, client acquisition, and activation rates.
Analyze partner performance, optimize go-to-market strategies, and refine engagement models.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience and business impact.
Joint Marketing & Demand GenerationPlan and execute co-marketing campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives with partners.
Manage marketing development funds (MDF) and track the ROI of partner-driven campaigns.
Optimize lead conversion and sales performance through strategic partner marketing efforts.
Relationship & Conflict ManagementAct as the primary relationship manager, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Address and resolve partner issues related to deal conflicts, pricing, and account management.
Foster a strong, engaged, and motivated partner ecosystem.
What We're Looking For8+ years of experience in channel sales, partnership management, or business development, ideally in SaaS or IT solutions.
Strong network and understanding of the Indonesia B2B technology reseller ecosystem.
Proven track record of partner recruitment, sales enablement, and revenue growth.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute partner strategies, including joint marketing campaigns.
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (bilingual required).
