A great CFO job opportunity has just arisen at a multinational group. They are looking for an experienced candidate to report to the CEO and lead its entire finance, accounting and corporate procurement team.
About the CFO Role:
As the CFO, report to Regional CFO and CEO of the group. The CFO will manage the whole spectrum of finance, accounting, tax, corporate procurement and commercial finance functions, and support the management team on business partner, strategy and provide business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing overall financial insight and monitoring, including preparation of annual and tax audit
Leading and supporting organisation's budgeting process
Directing and administering all financial plans and strategies
Closing of the financial books (management and statutory reports)
Ensure timeliness, accurate in the entries posted during the closing of financial statements
Providing explanation on key business drivers based on the business results as well as provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve on the business outlook
Full P&L, BS, tax and other statutory compliance of the country
Providing explanations of key business drivers based on business results
Understanding the analysis of market and other competitive data – market share, competition analysis, etc.
Providing support to both internal and external auditors
Driving ad hoc projects for the transformation and change of processes and to support any changes in business models and types
Collaborating with CEO, regional team and other C-level positions to oversee all financial, investment and business planning activities
To succeed in this CFO role, you should possess a good stakeholder management, experience working in multicultural organisations, strong business acumen and service ethos with a thorough understanding of working in a fast-paced and complex organisation.
Key Requirements:
Finance and accounting degree. ACCA, CPA, CA or a recognised accounting qualification is an advantage
At least 15 years’ experience in senior finance position is a must
Only open to Indonesian citizens due to the nature of the job
Audit background is a plus
A healthcare, pharmaceuticals or hospital industry background is a plus but not a must
Fluency in English; both written and verbal
Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
Good leadership and team management, independent and proactive
Excellence in people skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
Experience and ability to partner with board of directors and commissioners
