Certified Financial Planner (Remote)

amalan's and CekAja's goal is to provide consumers with the best financial solutions for all types of situations, from standard products like unsecured loans, insurance, credit cards and mortgages to custom tailored restructuring and refinancing solutions.
We are looking for a Certified Financial Planner in our Operations Team.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
- Understand customer needs and advise on the best financial products to meet the needs.
- Follow SOP throughout the process to ensure quality and accurate reporting.
- Always keep updating product knowledge in order to offer the right product to the right person at the right time.
- Cross-sell complementary products that improve the solution for the client.
- Achieve sales targets.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Intermediate English.
- Have a valid CFP certificate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely and achieve targets with minimum oversight.
- Ability and willingness to learn and understand financial products and how they will affect the clients.
- Ability to attend video calls and learn through online training provided by the company.
- Eagerness to provide outstanding customer experience and to exceed the sales target.
