Our business has been growing rapidly and we are now looking for a dynamic and ambitious executive to take on the role of CEO for our largest market, Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**
- Report directly to the group CEO
- Drive a double digit million USD PnL, pushing sales and managing costs
- Define the strategy for the Indonesian market in terms of products, channels, positioning etc.
- Manage the performance of the team (currently 40 FTE) trough coaching, development and additional hires
- Drive key iniatives that enable further explosive growth

**Qualifications**
- Ambitious and driven personality, proven track record in executing complex projects
- Analytical mindest, background in consulting or analytical roles is an advantage
- At least 5 years of work experience, at least two of it in a startup, Ecommerce or FMCG
- At least 3 years experience as a people manager, proven ability to build top performing team
- Ability to represent the company and present in front of senior clients and investors
