An attractive Category and Consumer Activation Manager job has just become available at a multinational FMCG company based in Jakarta. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this is a role for a marketing activation expert with marketing management as well as trade marketing exposure who is a leader in their field.
About the Category and Consumer Activation Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the growth beverage category share and drive beverage market sales in Indonesia and to devise new product plans, strategy and launch plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise new product plans, strategy and launch plans

Coordinate with channel development GT and MT to develop trade support for new product launches

Coordinate with supply chain to prepare run out plan for delisted products to minimise write-off cost for the business

Coordinate internally and other partners to devise consumer activation programmes

Lead and coordinate with all related functions to deliver successful new product launches

Manage the designs for different type of marketing materials

Provide promotional materials in coordination with procurement team for all promotional activities to ensure the quality of promotion materials and the punctuality of material deliveries to all locations

To succeed in this role, you must be experienced in the launch of new products (preferably for diabetes products).

Key Requirements:

English proficiency, both written and spoken

Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing and product development, preferably from FMCG industry

Understand Indonesia's beverage market

High integrity, high performing, teamwork and collaboration
