Main Responsibilities:
•Develop, manage and lead 8x8’s business and commercial relationship with Operators, Aggregators and partners in Indonesia and any other assigned territories.
•Understand, be expert, update and share knowledge of A2P SMS (Bulk Messaging) and CPaaS Eco-system of Indonesia and assigned territories, at least monthly.
•Find, connect and maintain comprehensive, reliable and competitive routes to all operators in Indonesia and assigned territories.
•Manage routing allocation to ensure optimisation of costs and quality for Indonesia and assigned territories.
•Keep regular contact with Operators and Partners to keep abreast of relevant business opportunities, market developments in Indonesia and any assigned territories.
•Ensure timely settlements of payments, resolution of disputes and any other commercial relationship with partners in Indonesia and assigned territories.
•Work closely with team mates in HQ, Indonesia and assigned territories to ensure smooth onboarding, optimal routing and operations.
•Work closely with Sales to meet and maximise revenue and margin for Indonesia and assigned territories.
•Work closely with Support and Routing to investigate and remedy issues on trouble ticket.
•Monitoring and analysing traffic and business performance pro-actively to achieve targets monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets;
•Additional roles and duties (ad hoc or otherwise) on behalf of 8x8 on request of management.
Requirements
•You have 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years working bulk messaging and CPaaS carrier relations.
•You have existing and demonstrable extensive contacts and knowledge in the Indonesian Bulk Messaging and CPaaS market, especially senior management of Telco Operators. Prior experience in a reseller or operator is advantageous
•You are a pro-active team player, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
•You are a hands-on doer; able to generate and follow leads, close deals, manage ongoing partnership and drive business forward.
•You are able to forecast, analyse and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve KPIs.
•Professional Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
•You possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
•You have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment.
•Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent in relevant studies.
