We’re recruiting for a talented and energetic Production Manager here at The Bicester Village Shopping Collection to support the Director of Production on the development and execution of the Central Asset Production, including production planning, supplier briefings, legal and budget negotiations, while ensuring that all shoot productions and edits are delivered within budget, of excellent quality and on time.
We’re looking for someone extremely organised, with superb attention to detail and who is a confident communication. You’ll need energy, passion and commitment to perform in this Production Manager role in out fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
This Production Manager role is a full time, permanent role based in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire, however we can be flexible with where you are based as remote working is available (as long as you are happy to travel to Bicester Village for shoots). Once international travel restrictions are lifted, there may be some travel required across Europe.

Experience in managing and developing photography and film productions, ideally within a matrix organisation in the Retail and Fashion industry
Expert legal knowledge and understanding of media rights, licensing, contractual engagements, brand protection and legal shoot procedures for photography and film
Experienced in end-to-end project management, budgets, supplier management and complex problem solving
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Fluency in English essential. Any other European language skills would be beneficial.
