If you are interested in this position, dive deep through the detailed information below and join us now!Identify, design, develop, and leads the implementation of the talent management strategy;Identify, design, develop, and leads the implementation of the career management strategy;Integrate the career and talent management strategy with learning, development, and reward strategy;Build succession plans;Design employee promotion policies;Collaboration with Organization & Performance Management Team to assess employee performance review;Provides the design of different assessment tools;Promotes career development programs and actively supports all assessment initiatives;Leads strategic organization-wide projects focused on the development of high potentials and young leaders;Ensure all employees have a career path and learning journey and run well periodically.Advanced English Skill with min 6.5 IELTS score;Proven work experience in similar role (Talent Management, Career Management, Learning and Development);Hands-on experience implementing learning and development programs;Hands-on experience in project management and change management;Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages;Experience with performance management procedures;Experience in Assessment Center is a plus;Data driven, detailed-oriented, and proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets;Capability to consult and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders in the organization.
