So, wherever you join us, you'll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.We are looking for Capex Analyst - Regional Asia who will be responsible to monitoring and validate the process of Capital Expenditure acquisition and disposal Assets, comparing cost to budget, and providing the financial analysis.YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'- Control, facilitate and check the Regional review and validation process for Capital Expenditure acquisition and disposal of Assets within defined timelines based on company approval threshold to ensure compliance to PMI P&P and SOX controls- Compared cost to budget by preparing periodic analysis, commentaries and tracking reports of all Capital Expenditure information such as budget plans, actual spending (hit-rates), cash flow impact and other requirements to the affiliates, region and PMI Management to support accurate and timely decision making.- Work closely with IBS-Asia to ensure timely and accurate information being updated in SAP systems.- Support the affiliates/markets during the budget cycles (OB/LRP/ RF/LE) and ad hoc tasks, in preparation, reporting and commentaries to regional and PMI Management.- Provide financial analysis, calculation/ simulation for affiliates and regional management in order to reflect more realistic scenario based on CAPEX plans propositions.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Bachelor's degree or professionally qualified in Management Accounting (e.g. CMA)- 3-4 years Management Accounting/Costing/Project Management experience- Strong analytical thinking combined with good presentation and communication skill- Fluent in English is mandatory, both written and verbal- Available to be contracted for 1 year- Willing to be located in SurabayaWHAT WE ARE OFFEROur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
