Key Responsibilities Plan and run SuperApp campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.
Collaborate with various departments to schedule and promote events on campus.
Assist in creating marketing materials concepts, such as flyers, posters, and social media posts, to promote recruitment events.
Serve as a point of contact for students, answering their questions about our organization and job opportunities.
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and event planning.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a top university, preferably in human resources management, communication, or industrial psychology major.
Experience in event planning, communications, media, early career recruitment, or similar roles is a plus.
Experience in planning and running campus events, school roadshows, talks, and related activities.
Manage recruitment initiatives such as social media campaigns, advertisements, and content creation.
Engage with students and campus connections for graduate hiring and internships.
Work closely with the campus recruiter on hiring for Graduate Programs and Internships.
