**Responsibilities**:
- Planning CRM campaign and developing effective strategies to optimize CRM performance in all channel
- Analyze user behavior and develop customer segmentation to be targeted in order to deliver relevant campaign with a vision to grow customer retention and lifetime value
- Work collaboratively with different stakeholders to identify business problems and initiate improvement through CRM perspective to ensure business objectives are achieve
- Driving campaign initiatives and continuously optimize campaign performance, as well as conducting testing in multi-channel with a view of maximize AUM
- Overseeing campaign execution and measure the result
- Shaping marketing campaign promotions and formulating strategic planning to drive maximum ROI
- Provide strategic guidance to relevant departments regarding campaign promotions and ensure all campaign are delivered smoothly

Familiar with marketing automation tools (Clevertap, Braze, moengage, etc.)

Have experience in managing multi-channel CRM at least 1 year

Good analytical skills and have problem solving abilities

Have experience in managing an online campaign
