**Why this role is exciting**:
As a Studio team member and our in-house influencer marketing expert, you will be responsible for contributing to multiple accounts across verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more.
We design and manage campaigns for clients, from initial tests to year
- long brand ambassador programs.
In this role, you will manage the execution from start to finish for a select group of clients and support senior team members on various larger programs.
This role reports to the General Manager of Southeast Asia.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manages and supports execution, from casting through reporting
- Communicates extensively with creators, including negotiation
- Monitors budgets and program timelines to ensure our revenue goals and client deadlines are met
- Provides excellent customer service and expertise, guaranteeing both the clients and creators are happy and impressed with our services
- Identifies upselling opportunities and communicates to senior leadership

**Does this sound like you?
**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience managing and contributing to influencer marketing programs
- Familiarity with budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, reporting, etc.
- Paid amplification is a major plus
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Established relationships with creators and talent managers are a plus
- Knowledge of influencers (ideally within CPG, fashion, parenting, wellness, fitness, etc.)
and influencer rates
- Experience with niches such as gaming, tech, finance, entertainment, etc., a major plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Communication, organization, and client relationship management skills
- Strong people skills are needed to maintain professional relationships with influencers and talent managers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel
