**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and close sales
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/dispute
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate degree is a plus
- Minimum 1 - 1,5 year experience as tele-sales
- Proven record of met quota
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in local language (Javanese) & English
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Willing to be placed at Semarang
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Telemarketer: 1 year (required)
