Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
- Contacting supplier for stock readiness and price confirmation, esp.
FMCG (variaous discount applied over time)
- Sense Check required PO numbers based on template suggestion
- Place PO
- Ensure smooth receiving up to GR Process
- Following up on Rafaksi/Rebates for FMCG/Stapples Supplier
- Manual confirmation for Stock Allocation: Promo Tokonow, B2B, Marketing
- Analysis: Availability Review
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Top University
- 1-2 years work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably from majors with supply chain management (i.e Industrial Engineering)
- Growth mindset & able to quickly grasp Sayurbox's business flow
