DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities: Maximise commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory and accurate forecasting
Responsible for profitability through pricing and mark down
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that products are given effective promotional attention
Monitor and analyze business growth by doing store visits
Lead the negotiation and agreement with suppliers

Qualification:

Candidate must process at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 3 years experience in retail merchandising, preferably within a multibrand environment
Advanced planning and analytical skills, including Excel skills
Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
Strong customer awareness and understanding
Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
