About the Business Unit Manager (Aesthetic) Role:
In this role, you will be managing the company's hero brand. You will direct and coordinate sales and marketing activity in the sales and marketing department. Your goal is to achieve the sales target and maintain the business for this company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales and marketing team
Yearly budget, considering good profit for this company
Renewal and new product registration in e-catalogue of the respective business
Achieve a high level of product sales performance in a compliant way
Create strategies that will be implemented to achieve the targets of this company
Provide proper training for subordinates
Provide training for sales staff of this company and distributors to achieve the area sales objectives, when necessary
Master product knowledge and get familiar with the medical background of the products
Build close relationships with key customers and other medical staff related with this business
Cooperate with any association and organisation to grow up the brand of this company
Regularly evaluate competitor and customer activities
Monitor and control the budget for promotion
Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from head of department/management
Follow company rules and regulations

To succeed in this Business Unit Manager (Aesthetic) role, you will need to have good project management skills and be independent, driven and adaptable.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing from a reputable university
Minimum of five years of experience in the same position
Good leadership skills
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build good customer relations
Ability to coach and motivate subordinates or team
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
