An exciting Business Unit Head (Poultry) job has just become available at one of the growing multinational pharmaceutical company based in Jakarta. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director, this is a role for a sales expert with sales management exposure who is a leader in their field.
About the Business Unit Head (Poultry) Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key role in the sales team's continued development and success in the Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

Significantly raise the company's visibility in the marketplace

Grow both profit and revenue in the short to medium term in order to establish a position of market leadership

Provide additional focus to management team morale and develop leadership skills

Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction, as well as employee satisfaction programmes

Regulate expense management leading to accelerated and predictable earnings growth

Lead the sales team by adopting company values in planning and execution business plans to ensure year on year financial target are met

To succeed in this role, you must have proven sales track record and strong background in sales, particularly with experience in direct sales and managing large corporate accounts. You must also be able to lead channel sales team, achieve revenue by implementing business strategies effectively.

Key Requirements:

Proven sales track record and strong background in solutions selling, preferably with experience in direct corporate accounts, sector sales and channels sales management

10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or a poultry-related industry with a minimum of five years' experience at the management decision making level

Good knowledge of the local industry, its players and trends and good contacts within the upper circle of key decision makers

Used to matrix reporting with strong leadership skills

Exude self-sufficiency and have an entrepreneurial spirit and charisma

Delegate well and empower your people - giving them space

Demonstrated ability in recruiting, building and developing high-performance teams
