**What you'll do**:
A process improvement manager is a business development professional who will oversee essential business systems and find ways to make them more efficient.
The main role of a process improvement manager is to provide an objective assessment of how well a business operates and give actionable tips to refine all aspects of the business.
You need to strive to make a business's processes easier, faster, better quality and more affordable.
**What your typical day looks like**:
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Help promote Pintar's culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
**What will you need?
**
- Possess 4-5 years of experience in business process improvement, business intelligence, or business operations area
- Proficient in business analysis.
- Fluency in English will be preferred
- Familiar in build dashboard data will be very advantageous
- Familiar with Business Process Improvement methodologies or frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understand Sales Process / Product Implementation Process / Customer Support Process
- Excellent communicator and can work well with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to adapt, can handle ambiguities within a startup environment.
- Strong interest in the technology industry, in particular in personal data protection and digital identity.
- Have a growth mindset - willing to try something new and different to get things done.
