Position Job Scope including, but not limited to: Map current business process to make sure it's formally documented, mainly but not limited to: post-order journey Gather and examine feedback on process performance from users Assess area of intervention of current business process to improve its efficiency and effectiveness Design and drive the development of new business process strategies, policies, and guidelines, working closely with commercial and product team Support on trial and monitoring of business process to adhere to new company policies and procedure Continuously iterate business process with commercial and product team to ensure a smooth and scalable daily process Qualification and Skill Requirements: Good knowledge of business process analysis Demonstrate strength in structured and critical thinking Having product and tech knowledge is favorable Demonstrate leadership and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Excellent communication, both verbal and written You are autonomous to get things done Capability to prioritize optimisation plan based on the degree of impact and capacity of relevant stakeholders At least 1 year of experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
