- Mengidentifikasi aktivitas/proses yang berjalan saat ini sesuai dengan resiko dan prioritas
- Membuat panduan atas satu contoh aktivitas secara lengkap sesuai dengan alur proses dan kontrol
- Melakukan evaluasi atas efektivitas dari implementasi suatu proses baru
- Membuat dokumentasi hasil pekerjaan dalam kertas kerja
- Melakukan analisis dan sosialisasi atas proses bisnis yang perlu diperbaiki, termasuk perubahan prosedur dan kebijakan
- Mereview proses akuntansi di setiap unit/cabang perusahaan, apakah proses yang selama ini dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan kebijakan akuntansi yang berlaku atau tidak
- Melakukan perbaikan proses dan kontrol secara berkelanjutan di area Finance dan Accounting
- Terlibat dalam implementasi sistem untuk bisnis baru
