Business Performance Analyst Lead

Represent the Data & Analytics Team to proactively engage with management and business leads to gather requirements for business performance monitoring and enhancements

Interpret the requirements into quantitative metrics.
Coordinate within data and analytics team to produce insights and actionable recommendations, including end to end data journey, required resources and activities, timeline of delivery, as well as expected deliverables.
Drive the adoption of the data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders, which may be performed through communication/publication, education, experimentations, etc.
Lead a full cycle of data-driven experiments, i.e.
design, execute, monitor, evaluate, and roll-out.
Develop and maintain complete and clear documentations of the experiments.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information System, Computer Science or other related field.
Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
Having 2+ years of experience implementing most, if not all, of the above roles and responsibilities

Posses a robust framework to define, analyze and solve business challenges

Solid foundational knowledge in quantitative analysis, e.g.
probability and statistics, experiment designs, data mining

Commit to deliver high quality outputs

Familiar use BI or reporting tool to perform drill-down, roll-up, slice-and-dice against data

Having extensive experience of using SQL to perform data preparation, such as aggregating, merging and appending tables

Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision

Demonstrate verbal and written skills to present either in Bahasa Indonesia or English

Experience of working with Agile methodology is a plus

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills
