**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth through business partnerships
- Identify potential partners in the B2B, government, NGO's, pesantren, and other related sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in these sectors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership sales strategies
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the partnership team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and partnership, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong network in the B2B, government, NGO's, pesantren, or related sectors
- Proven track record of successful partnership sales and revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate new partnership ideas
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of the retail and e-commerce landscape
