Business Partner Intern- Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology, business administration, HR management, or related majors- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data and metrics related to employee performance management (KPI, one-on-one, performance appraisal. workload assessment, etc)- Ability to work in fast paced environment as part of a team- Excellent administrative and organizational skills- Good understanding on employee performance management will be a plus.- Knowledge and experience on statistical packages for analyzing datasets (excel, SPSS)Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
