Business Operations Internship

Job Descriptions:Execute the registration process for Everpro Chat products in collaboration with partners and cross-functional teams.Guide clients in utilizing Everpro Chat features through product demonstrations.Follow up on the progress of clients' Everpro Chat registration and escalate to partners when necessary.Provide day-to-day technical support to clients. Job Requirements:Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree.Stay in Jakarta (more preferable) or Bandung.Strong problem-solving skills.Familiarity with technology (SaaS) products.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Eagerness to learn and willingness to take direction from senior team members.
