**What is this Role All About**
As the Senior Manager for Business Operations (Support), you will be expected to support the whole business department's sales cycle and activities.
You will be leading a team of 10-15 who are each supporting different product sales and offering different services.
The support given will vary from simple to complex process improvements, operational executions, and to strategically guide relevant business teams.
**What You will Do**
You are in charge of each product's continual rhythm, the organization must run smoothly in its most effective & efficient way.
You will be working side-by-side on a daily basis with the respective Sales department in defining the sales & business process, supporting intra-division coordination in Shipper and internally in Business Operations.
The activities supporting are not limited to:

- Liaise & ensure all clients on-boarded has clear administration (letter of proposal, agreement, pricing, etc) and timeline (project management) for all Shipper's products
- Manage centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of key sales systems and the execution of pipeline management
Ideate, test, propose & operationalize designated product & services team's processes
- Solving pain points for designated product & services team's experiences
- Proactively analyze sales trends and metrics for the purpose of providing deeper insights to the sales operations department
- Collaborate on strategies to effectively launch and introduce new products to customers processes and sales forecasting.
- Handling tickets and queries coming from the Sales team, and passing them to other internal teams
- Coordinate with internal teams on multiple issues simultaneously (good multi-tasking skills)
- Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
**What are the Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years in Business Operations within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
- Minimum 3 years in managerial level of operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or business-related field.
Master is preferable.
Active English speaker/close to fluent speaker.
- Able to develop efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups, and effectively implements and coordinates these plans.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and business acumen.
