Candidates need a well-rounded background to balance the line between technology and the business.Your Main Duties In Flying With Us Review and validate data Gather end-user reporting and dashboard requirements Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the business team Explore various datasets to generate insights, conclusions, and recommendations Build & maintain data marts and dashboards for tracking business OKRs and initiatives Identify product or business opportunities and support growth with experimentations and recommendations Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare Min 3 years experience in BI or Data Analyst role Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills The ability to work both as a team and independently Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks while being goal-oriented Practical knowledge in SQL and Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) Good understanding of statistical summaries and inference (hypothesis testing: t-test, ANOVA, etc.)
