**Job Description**:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field of study from top universities
- 3+ years in data analytics-related position or otherwise in projects involving big data
- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e.
SQL, Tableau, and Excel/Spreadsheet
- People management and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to prioritize and manage the analytics-related project in an organized manner
- Ability to make inferences from data and devise an appropriate course of actions
- Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
- Passion for data & analytics
- Able to communicate in English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Provide guidance to the team and foster collaboration between the business intelligence team and other departments
- Handle the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions
- Work closely with various departments to identify opportunities, analyze & interpret trends or patterns, communicate insights, and propose actionable recommendations
- Take ownership of analytics projects to end from connecting to relevant stakeholders, exploring and extracting data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, and evaluating methods and results
- Serve as an in-consultant who simplifies complex problems
