Business Development Senior Manager

Develop and establish cooperative relationships with major Indonesian industrial and commercial real estate developers.Prepare and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with real estate developers and potential partners.Conduct information analysis and gather national policies related to various industries.Perform simple feasibility studies for potential real estate projects.Create project profile presentations and present the value of potential projects to management.Manage business inspection tours and direct interactions with overseas clients and commercial/industrial real estate developers, ensuring high-quality reception and presentation.Assist overseas clients in asset acquisition negotiations and transactions.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher.Minimum 5 years of experience as a business development professional in major Indonesian real estate developers or as a property consultant in a top 5 property consultancy (JLL, Leads, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield )Extensive network in real estate business and government sectors is highly desirable.Familiarity with real estate financial modeling and feasibility studies.Knowledge of real estate transactions, development, and procedural flows.Strong analytical skills with the ability to find solutions and communicate them clearly.Strong networking and great leadershipMust be proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plusWhat's your expected monthly basic salary?Which of the following types of qualifications do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a business development manager?How many years' experience do you have in the real estate industry?How would you rate your Mandarin language skills?How would you rate your English language skills?How many years' experience do you have as a Property Consultant?
