Visi Koalisi Seni adalah terwujudnya ekosistem seni yang lebih sehat di Indonesia melalui kebijakan publik yang mendukung, sehingga advokasi adalah unsur utama dalam upaya mewujudkan tujuan tersebut.
Untuk mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi, Sekretariat Koalisi Seni membutuhkan Pengembang Usaha (Business Development Officer) yang akan membantu penggalangan sumber daya. Ia akan bergabung dalam suasana kerja organisasi non-profit yang egaliter, intelektual, dan dinamis.
: 9 bulan, dengan masa percobaan 3 bulan.

: Manajer Pengembangan Organisasi & Kemitraan

Bersama Manajer mengembangkan usaha penggalangan sumber daya secara berkala lewat kegiatan fundraising dan kolaborasi kemitraan multi pihak.

Divisi Penggalangan Dana Publik merupakan divisi baru yang akan menjalankan dan mengembangkan program penggalangan sumber daya seperti kolaborasi pertunjukan, sistem jaringan donasi, dan usaha lokakarya dan pelatihan.
