Business Development Officer |

Requirements:Must be degree qualified and have a minimum of 2 years experience
Must be fluent in English and Bahasa
A strong network and relationships with clients to call upon
Ability to develop business growth and development strategies in line with company KPIs and ambitions
Ability to develop strong client relationships and maintain these over time
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Public speaking skills and strong presentation capacity
Marketing and social media skills are a bonusResponsibilities:Develop and implement the business growth and client engagement foundation including utilising existing and growing network to build an industry focus and prospective client approach and relationship development strategy.
- Identify key markets in which Cogworx as a business can operate and work to develop strong client relations with companies and key personnel within these markets.
- Market our services to potential clients who would like to operate more effectively/more lean with a goal to setup meetings between the client and key members of the Cogworx team.
- Key involvement in client meetings/discussions to negotiate engagement structures, propose problem solutions and maintain long-term relationships.
Build our brand in Indonesia and focus on developing an identity for Cogworx in the Indonesian market.Benefits:Remuneration for this role is comprised of two components and vary depending on experience and expertise (this is a part time role):

- A monthly salary of 3-4 million Indonesian Rupia.
