**What you will do**:
- Recruit new insurance agents and establish strong relationship with clients;
- Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel;
- Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
- Prepare weekly and monthly report; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Reach GWP target
**What you will need**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous
- Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team
- Proficiency in English & Indonesian language.
