Requirements :
Professional Degree in Civil Engineering.
At least 7 years of relevant working experience with exposure to Project Management or Design. Experience in Business Development is required.
Ambitious & competitive with a high drive to win coupled with a sense of urgency.

Accountabilities and responsibilities
HSEQ and Compliance
Lead the BD team on compliance to HSEQ, IMS (Integrated Management System), Keller policies and guidelines. Ensure all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.
Business Development Management
Accountable for the overall Business Development and Marketing activities in Keller Franki Indonesia (KFI)
Take part in planning for business strategies, annual budget and risk & safety management.
Ensure KFI revenue targets and objectives are met
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Responsible to grow the footprint and customer base in Indonesia
Accountable to create opportunities for the company i.e. lead generation
Establish intimate relationships with key clients.
Gain credibility for the company through appropriate marketing and networking events
Give viable product feedback as to help shape product design and directions
Develop a coherent Go-to-market strategy for each sector working in collaboration with the KFI GM and ASEAN BD Director
Coach and develop the BD team to ensure they are able to deliver and hold them accountable to high standards
Project Winning
Review of bid proposal from tender team and make decision in consultation with director.
Responsible in winning projects to meet sales and profitability targets of the company.
