Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern who is fluent in Mandarin to support our BD team in expanding market opportunities, especially for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Business Development team in identifying and researching potential clients and business opportunities.Support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients via email, phone, and online meetings.Translate business documents, proposals, and presentations (Mandarin – English/Indonesian).
Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and company profiles.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Assist in maintaining client database and updating CRM systems.Support follow-up with prospects and existing clients.Participate in meetings and provide meeting minutes.Assist in partnership and collaboration initiatives.RequirementsFinal-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, or related field.Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must.Good communication skills in English or Indonesian.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest in sales, business development, or partnership management.Experience in B2B or ERP industry is a plus (not mandatory).
