Comprehend all products and solutions provided by OY from business and technical point of views, and able to define the customer business use case.
Manage current partners' administration on existing platforms
Draft and update contracts (PKS) for the commercial part and liaise with Legal and Compliance
Follow up additional required partner's data for new product and for the completion purpose of PKS with KYB and Legal
Provide reminders for Partners that still require manual invoicing from Finance team
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to work on partners' invoices that needs to be paid by OY.
Perform data crunching and prepare for BD internal report (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Maintain BD internal report (daily, weekly and monthly) as well as track its performance based on TPV, Revenue, Number of Transactions (overall and by product)
Coordinate the drafting and review of Berita Acara Kejadian Eksternal and Berita Acara Kejadian Internal.
Liase BO and BD on delivering Berita Acara Kejadian Eksternal and Berita Acara Kejadian Internal to be well informed and tracked.
Track partner feedback and BD's on going projects.
Collaborate with respective other divisions to solve and deliver OY's partner needs.
Fluent in English is a plus point;
Able to commit for 6 months internship period
Highly preferred for an adaptive person that naturally find joy on working with new people and new changes;
Ability to learn and operate new tools to use on daily basis;
Able to gather information through online-offline meetings or communications regarding partner pain points;
Able to understand clients issues and communicate with internal in regards;
Able to work comfortably amongst wide-range of people, both internally and externally;
Able to create a presentation;
Able to operate basic excel formula (vlookup, pivot, if/sumif are a must).
